The official launch of the 2006 Balmoral show took place recently at the Kings Hall showground’s.
Speaking at the launch, Colin McDonald, RUAS Chief Executive said, “The Balmoral show is the home of the most prestigious livestock competitions in Ireland. We have a full house of first class entries in every sector so we can look forward to some intense competition” he went on to say “our trade stands are sold out and I’m delighted to be welcoming over 85 new exhibitors including two from as far away as Canada.

International show jumping will as ever be a highlight of this years show and in addition to a strong contingent of Irish riders, top GB riders including Nick Skelton and Geoff Billington will compete for a share of the £20,000 prize fund on offer!
