As well as the show jumping there were a number of other events taking place including the ever popular dog show, as well as face painting and Pony rides for children.
The pony show jumping classes were very well attended with a strong group of Under 8 and Under 10 riders kicking off the days jumping. The highlight however was the performance of James Kernan aboard his own Tarquin M who took the honours in the 1.30m class exactly one second ahead of Alo McEntee and Liam McKee's Chekane.
Banbridge show provided an excellent day out for both competitors and spectators alike, and the event now looks set to become firm favourite in the equestrian calendar.
The next show on allbed’s calendar was due to be Saintfield show but unfortunately the unseasonable weather led to the show being cancelled. So the next stop for the allbed exhibition trailer is the RDS qualifiers at Mullingar on the 22nd June followed by the Newry show on the 30th June.
See you there!
