Suzie cave lifted the allbed perpetual cup for the second time in as many years with a dominant performance at the Mossvale show jumping event held at Balmoral Show Grounds on the last two weekends of May.

The change of dates for the show from August to late spring didn’t dampen the enthusiasm of the competitors who flocked from all over the country to take part, and with proceedings running late into the evening on the final day of the event on bank holiday Monday it was left to Susie Cave on “Jetson” to put in another flawless round to lift the allbed cup once again, and I for one wouldn’t bet against her pulling off the hat trick next year!
